Who we are
Time Retrievers sends a free email newsletter with AI news, filtered for what actually saves you time. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].
The newsletter
Email signup is handled by beehiiv, our newsletter platform, and requires confirmation: you are only added once you click the link in the confirmation email.
When you subscribe, we collect your email address. Our newsletter platform also records when and from which page you signed up, and whether you confirmed.
- Why: to send you the newsletter you asked for, and nothing else.
- Your consent: we only email people who ask. After you subscribe, we send one email asking you to confirm. Until you click the link in it, you are not on the list.
- Leaving: every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to us. We stop right away, and always within 10 business days, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.
- Email statistics: like most newsletters, our platform can tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. We look at that to learn what readers find useful.
- Keeping it: we keep your address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only a record that you did, so you are never emailed again by mistake. Ask and we delete that too.
- We never sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own use.
Contact forms
Some private pages we share directly with people have a contact form. It asks for a name, company, email address and a short note, and we use it only to reply. Sending a message never adds you to the newsletter.
What this website does not do
- No analytics, no ads, no trackers. Nothing on this site follows you around the web.
- No cookies on the public pages. Private pages that open with a passcode set one cookie to remember it.
- The forms have hidden checks that catch automated spam. A person never sees them.

Each handles your details only to do the job above, under its own terms and security. Because some operate in the United States, your information may be subject to the laws of that country while it is in their hands.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within thirty days, usually much faster. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This site and the newsletter are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. If a change affects how we use your email address, we tell subscribers by email first.
